Schedule:

20 to 35 hours/week Mon through

Thu:

11:00 AM to 8:00

PM Friday:

9:00 AM to 6:00

PM Saturday:

9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (minimum 2 Saturdays per month required) About HOTWORX Matthews We are a locally owned 24-hour infrared fitness studio in Matthews, NC with a high-energy, team-first culture.

Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent 1 to 2 years in a customer-facing or sales-driven role preferred Comfortable making outbound calls and having in-person sales conversations Confident communicator in person and over the phone Fluent in English (written and verbal) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Must be able to reliably commute to Matthews, NC before starting Must be available to work at least 2 Saturdays per month

Previous sales, retail, fitness, or hospitality experience | Bilingual in Spanish Responsibilities Sales and Outreach Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads from our CRM Convert leads into booked sessions and memberships Give engaging studio tours and present membership and retail options Handle objections and close sales with confidence and integrity Drive referrals and promote guest passes Member Experience Deliver an outstanding first impression and ongoing member support Ensure members follow sauna safety protocols Respond quickly and professionally to member needs Studio Operations Open and close the studio following standard procedures Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment Restock supplies and support events and promotions Assist with social media engagement (posts, comments, DMs) Rewards $13 to $14/hour base pay

Commission:
