Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Bilingual (English/Spanish) Qualified Professional (QP) to join our team. In this role, you will support individuals and families, supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), and ensure compliance with Medicaid and state standards. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse families and communities. Responsibilities Support individuals and families with assessments, care planning, and advocacy Provide direct support and training to Spanish-speaking families and staff as needed Supervise and mentor DSPs to ensure quality, compliant services Maintain accurate documentation, billing, and medical records Serve as the primary liaison with Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) Provide training, orientation, and ongoing support to care providers Prepare reports and communicate progress to families, Care Managers, and leadershipQualifications Language:
Bilingual - fluent in English and Spanish (required)Experience:
2-3 years with the I/DD population; 1-2 years in management/supervision preferredEducation:
Bachelor's degree in Health or Human Services (per 10ANCAC 27G .0104
); AP in training may be consideredSkills:
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with EHR systems,Microsoft Office, and Google Suite Other Requirements:
