Fargo, ND Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Driver's License Full Job Description Position Summary At Campbell Properties the Training Specialist plays a very important role in enhancing the competencies of our employees and collaboration with other team members. This position trains and teaches all newly hired Leasing Agents while also being the first point of contact for our residents, guests, vendors, and visitors of the community. The Training Specialist provides exceptional customer service with an unmatched level of professionalism. They are responsible for enthusiastically presenting the community and assisting prospects in finding the right home for them.
Responsibilities/ Duties:
Train newly hired Leasing Agents to match Campbell Properties policies, procedures, and standards. Responding in a timely manner to all phone calls and emails. Maintain professional communication in all forms at all times with residents, vendors, and team members. Schedule and meet with potential residents and guide them on tours of available units. Promote positive resident relations through courteous and timely responses to resident needs and concerns. Accompany new residents for the move-in and move-out processes ensuring all appropriate paperwork is completed. Complete property/ unit inspections. Assist the Assistant Manager and/ or Area Manager with projects/ tasks. Assist with upkeep of the property's general appearance. Prepare and maintain complete resident files and upload appropriate paperwork in a timely manner. Follow all laws and regulations including Fair Housing and government programs. Perform all other duties as requested or assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or service industry. Effective and professional communication skills. Ability to multi-task and have great time management skills. Reliable, self-motivated, position and professional. Weekend availability. Yardi property management software knowledge is preferred but not required. Must hold a current driver's license, auto insurance, and have a reliable form of transportation.
Education and Experience:
Highschool diploma or equivalent 1+ years of sales, customer service, hospitality, or service industry experience.
