The ideal candidate brings experience in military training programs, instructional systems design, and joint operational environments, along with the ability to coordinate training efforts across multiple organizations and stakeholders. What You Will Do Provide support with maintenance of a standardized training plan and training program format. Support identification of individual and collective task crosswalks and development of executable training plans and programs within Directorates and Components. Administer training plans, programs, and records within the Joint Knowledge Online (JKO) Learning Management System. Perform other duties as directed by the Program Manager. What We Are Looking For Required Associate or bachelor's degree in Management, International Affairs, Military Studies, Public Policy, Education, Training Development, or related field preferred; equivalent military operational experience may be substituted. 7 years of demonstrated experience supporting individual training programs and applying Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology. mission areas at the Combatant Command, Joint Staff, or Service MAJCOM level. Experience developing, administering, or managing military training programs and training records. Strong communication and briefing skills with the ability to effectively engage military and civilian stakeholders. Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, high-tempo operational environments. Clearance and Eligibility Active TS/SCI clearance required. This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).
