Job Description:

Senior Technical Trainer Teaneck, NJ $85K-$100K + Benefits This is a high-impact role where you'll build a global Technical Academy from scratch-designing and delivering training programs that enable Field Service Engineers to support complex hardware/software systems in real-world environments. What you'll do: Build and lead a scalable technical training academy for field teams Develop training content (manuals, videos, certifications L1-L3) Deliver hands-on training (in-person & virtual) Create SOPs and standardise field operations Partner with Engineering/Product to roll out new tech updates Track training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement What we're looking for: 5+ years in technical training/enablement (hardware + software environments) Experience building training programs or academies from the ground up Strong documentation, SOP, and instructional design skills Confident delivering training and simplifying complex systems Comfortable in field/industrial environments with ~30% travel Nice to have: Automotive or hardware installation experience, startup exposure Strong benefits, clear growth path, and the chance to build something from zero in a rapidly scaling environment.
