Corporate Trainer The Corporate Trainer will lead the development and execution of training initiatives across our multi-site network, ensuring consistency in onboarding, performance standards, and operational excellence across all locations.

Position Overview:

Corporate office based in

Lakewood, NJ Travel:

Occasional travel to facilities preferred

Hours:

Full-time, standard business hours with flexibility for emergencies

Key Responsibilities Include:

Facilitate onboarding and training for all management-level roles Track and document staff trainings within a centralized system Support consistent, reliable, and effective training practices across all locations Evaluate performance and identify retraining needs through audits, incident debriefs, and collaboration with Operations Directors Develop and maintain training resources with clear calls to action and measurable performance improvement strategies

Qualifications:

Education:

Master's degree preferred, not required

Experience:

Experience in training, writing, and public speaking; healthcare and substance use experience preferred

Skills:

Strong writing, training facilitation, organization, and technical proficiency
