• What You'll Do
• + Coordinate and deliver engaging training programs that align with business goals and drive site-wide employee growth.

+ Lead site-wide learning initiatives, including onboarding, refresher training, and skills development. + Collaborate with site leadership and L&D partners to implement targeted development strategies based on assessment of workforce capabilities. + Analyze training effectiveness using data and metrics to continuously improve learning outcomes. + Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all training programs. + Support L&D budget planning and resource allocation for site training needs. + Promote consistency across sites by aligning local programs with enterprise-wide L&D strategies. + Build trusted stakeholder relationships that foster collaborative partnership between L&D and site leadership. + Engage in consulting conversations to determine appropriate learning solutions.
