- + Coordinate and deliver engaging training programs that align with business goals and drive site-wide employee growth.
- What You'll Bring
- Required
- + Legally authorized to work in the job posting country + High school diploma or GED + 3 or more years of Refining/Midstream experience + Working knowledge of the Operator and Maintenance Training Required Standards + Experience with data analysis and reporting + Strong communication and facilitation skills + Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite proficiency + Ability to obtain Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) •What Makes You Stand Out•Preferred•+ 7 or more years of Refining/Midstream experience + 3 or more years in training delivery or facilitation + You're a natural coach and mentor, passionate about helping others grow + You bring a data-driven approach to learning, using insights to shape smarter programs + You're a change agent, always looking for ways to innovate and improve + You understand the big picture and translate strategy into meaningful action + Strategic thinker, team collaborator, and proactive problem solver with a passion for developing others •Compensation Range•This position has a base salary range of $125,100•$152,900.
