Job Description
The Training Content Specialist plays a key role in designing and delivering engaging digital learning experiences that support onboarding, role-based training, and ongoing employee development across departments. This position collaborates with training leaders and subject matter experts to create high-impact content that aligns with instructional design principles and organizational standards. Core responsibilities include producing professional training videos using but not limited to Adobe Premiere Pro and developing interactive eLearning modules with Adobe Captivate. The specialist manages Learning Management System (LMS) operations, including enrollment, course assignments, content updates, and reporting, ensuring accurate tracking of learner progress and maintaining system usability and compliance. To enhance learner engagement, the specialist designs visual assets using but not limited to Canva and develops a variety of training materials such as guides, job aids, infographics, and scripts for both virtual and in-person programs. The role also involves monitoring learner feedback and training analytics to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. The specialist ensures all training content adheres to branding, accessibility, and compliance standards, and supports training-related communications across platforms like SharePoint and Teams. Additional duties include assisting with content development, editing, and coordination tasks as assigned by training leadership.
Education:
High School Diploma is required. Associate's degree, technical certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.Requirements:
Understanding of training content development, instructional design, and digital learning principles. Familiarity with LMS platforms and workflows, as well as knowledge of video production and eLearning development tools, is essential. The specialist should also be recognized as a resource for training operations and digital content workflows.Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video creation and Adobe Captivate for eLearning development or equivalent editing software is preferred. Candidates must also demonstrate strong skills in graphic design and visual content creation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with strong project management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role requires sound judgment in prioritizing tasks and resolving content-related challenges and may involve providing guidance or mentorship to team members on content development and project execution.Work Experience:
