Job Description

About the Role Heart to Heart NJ is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to lead and oversee the delivery, coordination, and quality of all agency training programs. Working under the Director of Leadership & Development, you'll mentor training staff, drive curriculum development, ensure training compliance across all regions, and champion a culture of continuous learning throughout the organization. What You Bring High school diploma required; AA or BA preferred 1+ year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (2-3 years preferred) Valid NJ Driver's License with a good driving history Strong data management, reporting, and organizational skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to coach, mentor, and support training staff Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35+ pounds What You'll Do Lead and oversee delivery of all agency training programs, including New Hire Orientation, Annual Training, Kevin Walsh Crisis Management, UKERU, and PANE Coach and mentor Training Specialists, Site Trainers, and instructional staff Track, analyze, and report training data to drive compliance and strategy Facilitate New Hire Orientation and other required training sessions Coordinate training schedules and provide regional coverage across all service areas Ensure regulatory compliance with DDD and internal training requirements Maintain training records, certifications, and attendance documentation Deliver leadership and supervisory development sessions aligned with CQL standards Partner with Compliance and HR on certification renewals and reporting
