Bilingual Training Specialist

Job Description

Key Accountabilities:
Facilitate New Hire Orientation programs. Deliver classroom and on-the-floor training to new and existing employees. Train employees on quality standards, inspection methods, SOPs, and work instructions. Conduct micro-learning sessions and refresher training programs. Administer written tests and hands-on proficiency assessments. Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to leadership. Maintain accurate and compliant training documentation and records. Assist in developing and updating training materials using PowerPoint and other learning tools. Support the consistent application of standard operating procedures across departments and shifts. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to training and employee development. Support special projects and cross-functional training initiatives as assigned. Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to learn and correctly use additional measurement instruments (such as calipers, micrometers, and others as required) Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Prior experience delivering classroom and hands-on training in a formal or informal capacity. Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different learning styles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint. Ability to keep learners engaged throughout classroom sessions Ability to learn and correctly use measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to train employees at all organizational levels Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Preferred Requirements:
Two-year college degree in related field Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory Experience facilitating micro-learning or blended learning classroom sessions. Familiarity with skilled-based manufacturing training programs. Experience with basic measurement instruments.
Hiring Range:
$65,000 - $70,000 annually plus bonus. Compensation will be based on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
