tk accelis Materials Plus is looking for a Training Specialist to join our team in Santa Teresa, New Mexico . This newly created onsite role offers an exciting opportunity to help develop and enhance training programs that support employee growth, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across our organization. In this role, you'll partner closely with our Training Manager and subject matter experts to design, coordinate, and deliver engaging learning experiences for employees at all levels. What You'll Do Assess training needs and help prioritize learning initiatives Develop training content and programs with operational subject matter experts Deliver training through classroom, on-the-job, video, and vendor-led formats Coordinate annual training plans, schedules, and records Support and maintain training curricula within our Learning Management System (LMS) Promote training opportunities and communicate learning schedules Measure training effectiveness and support continuous improvement initiatives Assist with training records, systems administration, and budget tracking What You'll Bring Minimum 2 years of experience in a metal service center environment SAP knowledge and experience with e-learning platforms Strong Microsoft Office skills Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree 1-3 years of training experience LMS and web-based training tools experience Graphic design, multimedia, or creative content development experience

Hiring Range:
