Wray Family Clubhouse in
Minden, NV Pay:
$14.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 12 pm-6:30 pm

Full-Time Make an Impact. Have Fun. Help Teens Thrive. Are you energetic, positive, and passionate about working with teens? We are looking for a Youth Development Professional (YDP) to join our Teen Center team at Wray Family Clubhouse in Minden. As a Teen Lead-YDP, you'll help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where teens can connect, learn, have fun, and build positive relationships. What You'll Do Supervise and engage teens during daily Club activities and programs. Provide positive role modeling, guidance, and encouragement. Help implement fun and meaningful activities for teens, including recreation, education, arts, social activities, and special events. Encourage participation and help create an environment where teens feel welcome and supported. Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive Teen Center environment. Help manage behavior using appropriate guidance and Club expectations. Work cooperatively with Club staff and communicate professionally with members, parents, and others. Attend staff meetings and participate in special events as scheduled. What We're Looking For Must be 21 years of age or older . High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with children or teens preferred. Ability to motivate youth and effectively manage behavior. Ability to interact professionally with teens, families, staff, and the public. Ability to organize and supervise youth in a safe environment. CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain certification. Must be able to successfully pass a background check . Must be available Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM-6:30 PM . CDL Class C with passenger endorsement is a plus.
