Residential Training Specialist SLA LifeSkills Unlimited - 2.3 North Las Vegas, NV Job Details Part-time 5 hours ago Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description Must have a Nevada drivers license• Job Duties/Responsibilities Reports to the SLA Program Manager or to the Director in the absence of the Program Manager Support the individuals in their home and community. Support the individuals in completing activities of daily living. Ensure individuals needs are met. Monitor health of individuals and report to SLA Program Manager or LifeSkills Health Care Consultant as outlined in agency policies and procedures. Attend ISP's as assigned or as requested by the individuals and their support team Work in conjunction with the ISP team in implementing supports outlined in the ISP Complete documentation of individual issues and communicate such to SLA Program Manager Ensure the person's home is equipped and maintained in a safe and enriched manner. Follow all company policies and procedures to attain the mission of LifeSkills, Inc. Provide support to the individuals in a positive and consistent manner using the least restrictive methods of training. Complete individual action plans and service plans as written including documentation of support as well as case notes indicating individuals progress and/or problems. Maintain a clean and healthy environment. Complete all necessary paperwork as outlined by SLA Program Manager Assist the individuals in arranging transportation, accessing the community and scheduling and attending medical appointments. Assist the individuals to manage and account for their finances. Assist the individuals to problem solve. Attending all training as scheduled. Complete all other duties or assignments as directed by a member of the LifeSkills management team.
