This leader will build a strong and capable manufacturing training team that supports GFNY operations. The Training Supervisor will be responsible for the successful implementation of the Training and Certification System. A successful candidate is innovative, organized, confident, and driven to achieve training targets and goals. This full-time role requires the flexibility to support manufacturing training activities with on-going cooperation of the Workstation Trainers and all Manufacturing stakeholders. What You'll Do Manage the training staff to ensure professional onboarding and training and manage day-to-day activities associated with new hire training and onboarding teams (including logistics, allocations, etc.) Work with the Production Manager, Supervisors, and Work Station Trainers on the development and execution of training curriculum. This includes training of new hires and cross-training present associates Develop training standards and ensure that all employees completing training are capable of performing to standard. Anticipate needs in current training and implement new training courses with relevant subject matter experts to close gaps Develop and instruct technical training courses in advanced manufacturing technologies Understanding of the cross functional requirements and application of continuous improvement strategies. Work with the cross functional teams to develop training to resolve identified production issues Acquire new technical competencies, develop technical training, and keep up to date with the latest manufacturing technologies and processes Ensure that training system and records are
