Qualifications Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in EE or Material Science (or equivalent classwork) degree. Individual must be able to multi-task as an individual and in team environments. Excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent communication skills verbal as well as written (English). Preferred Qualifications Proficient with lab equipment (oscilloscope, voltage / current probes, power supplies, various mechanical tools) onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $25.00 to $36.00 per hour exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members. The position is located in East Fishkill (NY, USA). Responsibilities Charge and Trap Characterization of grown and deposited Thin Films from the 300mm Fab. Independently conduct experiments in cooperation with in-Fab Module Engineers, conferring with subject matter experts. Designing or crafting customized test setup for internal evaluation (electrical, thermal, mechanical). The position may entail characterization and operation of a finished Image Sensor product. At the end of the internship, final presentation and passdown of learning.
