LUV Auto Group - Lakewood, NY $16.50/hr | Full Time | Full Benefits Ready to be the first impression that drives the sale? LUV Auto Group is looking for a high-energy, people-focused BDC Sales Agent to connect with customers, respond to incoming leads, and help drive appointments for our sales team. This is a great role if you like being on the phone, staying busy, and seeing your effort directly turn into results. Every lead you handle matters—and you're a key part of the dealership's success. What You'll Do Respond quickly to inbound leads (calls, texts, emails, online inquiries) Follow up with customers to keep deals moving forward Schedule and confirm sales appointments Keep CRM records clean, accurate, and up to date Work closely with sales managers to prioritize leads Deliver a friendly, professional, and confident customer experience Hit daily and monthly goals for contact and appointments What We're Looking For Strong communication skills and phone confidence Positive, energetic, and reliable personality Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment Comfortable working toward goals and targets Basic computer skills (CRM experience is a plus, not required) Automotive, retail, or call center experience helpful—but not required What We Offer $16.50/hour + Full Time Hours Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Employee Discounts Life Insurance Real opportunity to grow within the dealership group In-person role - Lakewood, NY Full-Time Position Supportive team + busy, fast-paced environment
