Job Summary:
The Training Coordinator is responsible for administering and coordinating training and onboarding activities for the Sales Force Development team. This position manages logistics, communications, scheduling, learner provisioning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a seamless learning experience. The role serves as a key point of contact for training-related activities and supports corporate training initiatives, onboarding programs, and national sales meeting execution. The Training Coordinator supports the Sales Force Development organization by coordinating onboarding, training operations, communications, and event logistics for new and tenured sales professionals. This position interacts regularly with Sales Leadership, Human Resources, Information Technology, Facilities, external vendors, and newly hired employees to ensure successful execution of training programs and onboarding activities. The role contributes directly to employee readiness, training effectiveness, and overall operational efficiency across the commercial organization.
