Learn effective sales techniques and customer engagement. Multiple avenues for growth into management roles Key Responsibilities Learn and perform precision key cutting, duplication, and programming of car key fobs. Troubleshoot and resolve key-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist with customer acquisition, sales processing, and closing deals. Maintain accurate records of production, sales, and inventory in our client portal. Perform physical tasks such as testing keys and retrieving VIN numbers to support customer needs. Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Customer service experience Managerial experience preferred, but not required Able to handle physical demands such as, but not limited to, standing for long hours, getting in & out of cars for VIN retrieval & key testing, in and out of the van, etc. Self-motivated, organized, and proactive with strong time management skills.
