Coaching Ability:

We need a Fitness Manager who can work with anyone from ages 7 to 60, whether in a group setting or one-on-one. We train a wide range of clients, from young athletes to professional sports players. Ego has no place here—we love coaching everyone and need someone who shares that passion.

Additional Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the local coaching team to deliver exceptional training. Work with the General Manager to ensure coaching standards are maintained, and all coaches are certified through the D1 Way. Conduct assessments and goal-setting sessions for athletes. Provide ongoing training and development for coaches through meetings and education. Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of training spaces. Participate in marketing events such as competitions and combines.

Required Qualifications:

Certification:

Must hold a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in strength and conditioning or related fields.

Certifications:
