Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel. What you´ll do Develop, implement, and sustain industry-leading training programs for the site (best practices). Develop and maintain the training matrix for the site. Own training record-keeping metrics and ensure audit-ready documentation. Update training programs to incorporate policy, regulatory, legal, and system changes into the curricula. Support team resources and facilitate process improvement events. Identify, train, and lead qualified on-the-job trainers for all production areas. Create both digital and classroom-based training content. Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Safety teams to provide guidance on training content, delivery, scheduling, and logistics. What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree in education, Training & Development, HR or related work experience Training certifications preferred Manufacturing experience preferred 3-5 years' experience in training development and delivery Experience with Learning Management Systems Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design Some benefits of joining

This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
