As a Technical Service Specialist- Lamination, you will… style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0px
- -Oversee equipment readiness and safe operation of pilot and production laminators
- Ensure consistent performance across various adhesive chemistries, while also leading lamination-related technical projects supporting R D, Product Management, and Sales teams
- Conduct hands-on testing and internal process optimization, as well as collaborate cross-functionally to support product scale-up and quality investigations
- Support field reps and customers with troubleshooting, line trials, and technical evaluations

- Experience working in manufacturing, technical service, or similar environments. Background in adhesives, converting, or flexible packaging would be a big plus!
