The studio's success speaks for its self training between 900 and a 1,000 sessions a month. PLF stands out by offering a highly customized, distraction-free environment centered entirely around three core pillars: Your Level Training, Your Level Nutrition, and Your Level Cardio. Unlike standard big-box gyms, it eliminates the intimidating crowd by utilizing completely private fitness suites where clients work one-on-one with dedicated fitness coaches. Job Summary Professional Fitness Coach Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and motivated Personal Trainer/Fitness Coaches to join our growing professional fitness team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about exercise science, human performance, strength and conditioning, and helping clients achieve their fitness goals . Personal Level Fitness is a private, premier personal training studio with more than 20 years of experience. We provide a professional environment where fitness professionals can build a long-term career, develop their skills, and advance within the company. No previous personal training experience is required. We provide the training and professional development needed to help you succeed. All clients are provided — no cold calling or selling required. Personal Fitness Coa1ch Duties and Responsibilities Conduct client fitness assessments and evaluate individual goals, needs, abilities, and limitations Develop safe, effective, and personalized exercise programs Provide one-on-one personal training and fitness coaching Lead clients through strength training, resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, mobility, flexibility, and functional training Demonstrate and monitor proper exercise technique, form, and equipment use Educate clients on exercise, fitness, wellness, and healthy lifestyle habits Track and document client progress and adjust training programs as needed Motivate and encourage clients while creating a positive, professional training environment Apply principles of exercise physiology, kinesiology, anatomy, and human movement to client programming Maintain a safe, clean, and professional training environment Participate in continuing education and professional development Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and contribute to overall client retention and success Personal Trainer Requirements and Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree specifically in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, or a closely related exercise science field is required Strong knowledge of exercise science, human anatomy, kinesiology, exercise physiology, and fitness programming is helpful Personal Training certification preferred CPR/AED and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills Positive, professional, energetic, and encouraging attitude Passion for fitness, health, wellness, and helping others Ability to work effectively with clients of different fitness levels and abilities Strong attention to detail and commitment to client safety Willingness to learn and grow professionally No previous personal training experience required—we provide training and mentorship
