As the Wealth Advisor Hiring Manager, you will: 🚀 Motivate, coach, and counsel your team through regular one-on-one interactions, fostering an environment where goals are not only set but achieved. 🤝 Play a pivotal role in recruiting and hiring talented Wealth Advisors who align with strategic objectives. 📊 Collaborate in setting the department's strategic direction and annual goals, ensuring action plans are effectively executed. 🔄 Serve as a backup to the department's Wealth Strategist, demonstrating versatility and leadership. 💡 Participate in annual budgeting processes and maintain discipline in adhering to budget parameters. 📈 Maintain and grow your own book of clients, actively soliciting new trust and wealth business opportunities. What we're looking for: ✅ Minimum high school diploma or GED. ✅ At least one professional designation/certification in Trust and/or Wealth (e.g., CFP®, ChFC®, CTFA). ✅ A minimum of 5 years' experience in Trust and Wealth sales and services. ✅ Proven management experience in a related financial services setting.
