Job Summary:
OREGON SHAKESPEARE FESTIVAL ASSOCIATION
is looking for a Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist.
Location of Employment:
Ashland, OR Job Duties ' Standardize and optimize the company's recruitment procedures. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, draft job postings, and define recruitment strategies. Manage the full recruitment cycle. Forecast hiring timelines and support workforce planning. Assist with high-volume seasonal hiring. Monitor key hiring metrics and prepare regular recruitment dashboards; ' Support the company's employment branding through job marketing and strategic sourcing initiatives. Research and recommend new platforms and community networks to expand candidate reach. Maintain and strengthen relationships with campus partners, career centers, and academic programs. Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and industry networking functions as needed; ' Maintain accurate data and records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track recruitment metrics, and prepare reports as needed. Administrate HRIS and maintain employee data; ' Assist in building the company's compensation strategy and pay structure through market research, internal pay analysis, and benchmarking. Support the annual compensation-planning cycle by collecting market data, maintaining internal salary information, and preparing draft salary recommendations. Coordinate salary details for offers and job changes; ' Serve as the primary coordinator for performance evaluations by preparing forms and timelines, training managers and employees, and tracking completion; ' Support company-wide training by identifying needs, developing an annual training plan, coordinating sessions, collecting feedback, and maintaining updated training materials. Minimum Job Requirement ' Bachelor's degree in human capital management or a closely related field. ' Two-year human resource related experience as a Campus Recruitment and Employment Branding Specialist or in a related occupation with all of the following: (1) talent acquisition strategy and high-volume end-to-end recruitment, (2) employment branding and campus partnership, (3) HRIS and ATS administration, (4) compensation strategy and structure design, (5) performance evaluation project management, and (6) large scale training and development initiatives.
