Position Title :

NCCO TRAINER

- Lead and direct New Contractor/New Employee orientation classes!

Responsibilities:

Conducts group training courses related to manufacturing safety, clean room protocols, etc. for employees. Maintains tracking and storage of required training session documentation and equipment. Evaluates the effectiveness and suggest enhancements to current training programs. Reviews feedback, and modifies/revises course materials as instructed. Completes or supports the development of new course materials. Understanding of adult learning theory is a benefit Understanding of instructional methodology Advanced presentation and communication skills Self-motivated and directed Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks US Citizen or Permanent Resident required Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience 3 to + years of experience required Experience leading and teaching classes of adult students OSHA training or exposure is ideal Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.

Minimum Requirements & Expectations :

Education/ Experience High school or GED equivalent education 2 years of administrative assistance experience Skills Good written and verbal communication skills.
