Job Summary As a Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist you'll play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our employees across technical, customer-facing, and corporate roles. You'll assist in designing, coordinating, and delivering high-impact training programs that enhance employee skills, improve performance, and support career development. This role works cross-functionally to build a culture of continuous learning in a fast-paced, innovation-driven tech environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and administer company-wide training programs, including compliance, product training, and role-specific learning Support the scheduling, communication, and logistics of training sessions (virtual and in-person) Assist in the development of training materials, presentations, job aids, and eLearning content Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and update training materials tailored to software, product, and process learning Deliver instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual training sessions as needed Maintain and update learning content on the company's learning management system (LMS) Track training participation, completion rates, and effectiveness using LMS and survey tools Collect and analyze feedback to improve learning programs Help maintain L&D data dashboards and prepare reports for HR and leadership Work closely with HR and other departments to identify learning needs and align solutions Support special projects such as leadership development initiatives or DEI-related training Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Communications, or related field 2+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or HR training Must be skilled in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise Strong organization, project coordination, and communication skills Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and basic LMS systems Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment Compensation The salary range [or hourly rate range] for this position is: $23.50
