- Join a Mission-Driven Organization What You'll Do As a Training Coordinator , you will:
- Coordinate and manage employee training compliance, onboarding programs, annual training requirements, and staff development initiatives.
- Conduct New Employee Developmental Training and schedule, facilitate, or coordinate required training programs including CPR, First Aid, CPI, and Clinical CEU trainings.
- Maintain training databases, employee training records, compliance reports, audits, and documentation to ensure regulatory and organizational requirements are met.
- Develop, implement, and improve training programs, policies, materials, and communications while collaborating with Human Resources and operational leadership.
- Travel to regional offices and affiliate locations to deliver training, support compliance initiatives, and assist with special projects as assigned.
