This position is for full-time hours which can range between 30-40 per week. We do offer a flexible schedule allowing for 4 or 5 day work weeks. Weekends and Holidays off. We offer a competitive base compensation package and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a PTO package, and a 401k program. A very generous bonus structure is in place for those who contribute at an above average level. Pay range is based on candidates experience. Candidate requirements include assisting in sports evaluations, determining specific athlete needs, initiating/leading sports specific training, endurance and agility training, and assisting with physical therapy clients.
