Full Job Description Summary:
Supports and assists the Training and Engagement Manager in the development, coordination, and implementation of all company training programs.

Essential Job Functions :
Organizes and develops training procedure manuals, guides, and/or course materials such as handouts and visual materials. Facilitates training courses to all levels in the organization. Works with the Training and Engagement Manager to become certified in developed courses. Works closely with the HRBP team and the Training and Engagement Manager to identify training needs and gaps in the organization. Research training and development trends and information for the purpose of developing new programs that meet team member needs. Assists in the development of individual trainings for team members, as requested, for the purpose of supporting supervisor-directed team member growth programs. Coordinates training with outside providers as needed. Presents a professional image and conduct oneself in a professional manner in all aspects of the position. Makes recommendations for additional training and enhancements on current programs while working within the assigned budget. Provides support and participates in all team member events as requested by the Human Resources department. Assists department trainers with their on-boarding process including manuals, appropriate training methods, activities, and follow-up. Schedules training sessions based on team member schedules, training room availability, and facilitator availability. Responsible for creating, updating, and communicating the HR Training Calendar to all departments. Oversees curriculum database, training needs by position and all training records Maintains a variety of manual and electronic files and/or records for the purpose of providing up-to date training information and complying with the regulatory requirements and established guidelines. Continues to build, maintain, and nurture relationships with all departments within the company. Oversees the coordination and delivery of new hire orientation to inspire a positive outlook toward the objectives of the organization. Market and communicate available training opportunities to team members and provide necessary information. Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older. Bachelor's Degree Preferred. 3 or more years of training design and development experience. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Exceptional public speaking ability. Must be a TEAM player. Must be able to work with high volumes of confidential information in a professional manner. Must be detailed oriented with excellent organizational skills. Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Computer skills required using database, spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software. Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
Physical and Mental Demands:
Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, twisting, bending, and lifting. Must occasionally lift up to 10 pounds. Regularly required to see, walk, talk, and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor.
