Responsibilities include:
Coordinate employee training schedules and calendars Monitor employee training compliance and deadlines Generate and maintain Learning Management System (LMS) reports Track certifications and required regulatory training Upload and maintain training documentation in SharePoint and LMS Proctor virtual training sessions Communicate with Human Resources, operational leadership, and employees regarding training requirements Support onboarding, compliance, and departmental projects Assist the Director of Training with special projects and daily operations These responsibilities include monitoring training compliance, maintaining LMS records, coordinating schedules, supporting medication administration training compliance, and assisting the Director of Training. Training Administrator Assistant Job Description.doc What We're Looking For Qualified candidates will possess: High School Diploma or GED required Associate's Degree preferred Two or more years of administrative support experience preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) Adobe experience preferred Outstanding organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail Professional, positive, customer-focused attitude Ability to work independently and collaboratively The position requires strong Microsoft Office and Adobe skills, a high school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred), and administrative experience with excellent communication and organizational skills.
