  • Develop and deliver training programs with supporting documentation and materials
  • Provide onsite training programs for clients and assist clients in creating training programs for their staff
  • Research and utilize training delivery tools and presentation technologies
  • Create and maintain procedures, processes, and system manuals
  • Translate technical concepts into user friendly training materials
  • Learn new system features, upgrades, and product releases
  • Build product knowledge and cross train in other applications
  • Perform customer acceptance testing on new software releases
  • Build and maintain testing environments and process transaction test sets What You'll bring...
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; banking experience required
  • At least one year of experience designing and delivering creative training programs
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret banking periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and presentation skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and explain concepts, procedures, and tasks to others
  • Ability to analyze information and formulate recommendations
  • Proficiency with system applications
  • Experience with COCC Insight System or FISERV Platform (OSI) highly preferred
  • Ability to work with confidential customer and corporate information
  • Ability to travel to client locations; this role can be up to 50-75% travel The salary range for this job is $68,500 - $92,700.
This is a hybrid position in Southington, CT.
