Delta Dental of Illinois is seeking a Dental Network Development Specialist to support provider recruitment, engagement, and retention across the dental network. This role serves as a trusted advisor to dental practices and contributes to provider relations, reimbursement initiatives, and network performance improvement. Key Responsibilities Recruit, engage, and retain dental providers to strengthen the network. Build strong provider relationships through outreach, office visits, onboarding, and ongoing support. Resolve provider issues related to claims, reimbursement, policy interpretation, and network participation.
