Financial Coach (Entry-Level)

What You'll Do:
Connect with individuals and families (virtually or in person)- Educate clients on basic financial concepts (protection, budgeting, long-term planning)
- Follow up with prospects and maintain communication
- Track activity and manage your workflow
- Participate in team trainings and development sessions
What We Provide:
Structured onboarding and training program- Ongoing mentorship and leadership support
- Guidance through the licensing process (if applicable)

Compensation:
Commission-based position (no base salary)- Expected earnings: $2,400
- $3,500 per month (based on part-time activity)
- Bonus and advancement opportunities available
Requirements :
Self-motivated and coachable- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow a system
- Ability to work independently
- Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check (if required for licensing)
Schedule:
