Position Purpose This position serves as the primary coordinator for New Employee Orientation, provides production support for live and online learning programs, manages engagement and ERN programming logistics, and ensures the smooth daytoday operations of talent management communications, systems, and events. Description We are seeking a Program Specialist to join the Learning, Development, and Engagement team in Human Resources at Dartmouth. As a Program Specialist, you will coordinate and deliver programs, events, and operational functions that engage, develop and connect Dartmouth employees. Required Qualifications Education and Yrs Exp Bachelors plus 35 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative, program coordination, or engagementrelated role.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across departments and with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience managing digital platforms, registration systems, or learning management systems.
Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting institutional communications.
Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively identify and resolve operational gaps.
Familiarity with website content management and digital communications tools.
Demonstrated commitment to inclusive practices and creating welcoming, accessible experiences for a diverse community. Preferred Qualifications Experience coordinating employee resource networks, affinity groups, or community engagement programs.
Familiarity with human resources, talent management, or employee engagement practices.
Experience with virtual meeting and event production tools (Zoom).
