We're looking for a "Relationship Builder" who will be passionate about connecting with people to expand our network of trusted referral sources. We are not in high-pressure sales. Our approach to developing business relationships is based on building trust, demonstrating value, and helping prospective referral sources understand why working with us will benefit their business as well as the immediate need of their clients. Tactics of this Role Introduce us to prospective referral sources by phone, Zoom, and occasionally in-person. Present our value proposition in a clear, professional, and consultative manner. Maintain notes and activity records in our CRM Platform that accurately depict the status of the relationship as it evolves. Represent us at conferences, networking events, and industry gatherings to connect with prospective partners. Collaborate with an energetic and supportive, peer-group on topics such as our printed media and our company image to validate that we are always current and true to our word. Track engagement metrics to evaluate personal and group effectiveness and pivot accordingly. The Skills You Will Need Outstanding and effective interpersonal, communication skills allowing you to quickly "read a room," establish credibility and build rapport. An articulate, confident, and professional speaking style. An upbeat, positive attitude that will propel you through "bad" calls. A comfort level communicating by phone, Zoom and in-person. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Two or more years of experience in customer service, insurance, business development, account management or marketing. Track engagement metrics to evaluate personal and group effectiveness and pivot accordingly. Why Join Our Team? Family-oriented culture with exceptionally low employee turnover. Friendly, energetic, and collaborative work environment. A team that values integrity, loyalty, relationships, and long-term partnerships. Satisfaction coming from helping build meaningful business connections that make a lasting impact. Does This Sound Like You? If you're energized by meeting new people, developing new business relationships, and contributing to a growing organization, we'd love to hear from you.
