Remote Finance Instructional Trainer

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a remote Finance Instructional Trainer to support one of our hardwood manufacturing clients. The Finance Instructional Trainer partners with training leads and Finance subject matter experts to design, develop, and deliver high quality training solutions that support Finance business processes, system implementations, and end user readiness. This role is responsible for creating comprehensive, standards based Finance training materials, including the D365 Navigation web based training (WBT) course, and supporting successful Go Live and post deployment adoption for Finance users. Key Responsibilities

•  Collaborate with training lead and Finance subject matter experts to understand business processes and system functionality and translate Finance requirements into effective training solutions.
•  Partner with the testing team to contribute to test plan development and ensure training content aligns with defined test script standards and quality expectations.
•  Leverage existing project documentation (user stories, process flows, functional design documents, step plans and scripts, etc.) to build foundational knowledge for training development.
•  Design, develop, and maintain the D365 Navigation web based training (WBT) course to support Finance end user onboarding and foundational system navigation.
•  Design and develop comprehensive Finance training curricula, including course outlines, work instructions, presentations, quick reference guides, and supporting documentation.
•  Create data sets in a training environment for hands on training exercises.
•  Apply instructional design theories, methodologies, and best practices throughout the training development lifecycle.
