Job Description

DuraServ is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist who builds the training infrastructure, drives Dynamics 365 adoption, and equips a national sales organization to perform at the highest level. The Best Sales Organizations Are Built- Not Born. DuraServ's sales organization operates across nine regions
- outside sales representatives, GC reps, residential sales professionals, and branch leaders
- all of whom depend on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and a consistent set of sales processes to manage relationships, develop quotes, forecast accurately, and close business.

- ensuring consistent execution across the organization Develop and deliver training on DuraServ's end-to-end lead-to-order process, including quoting, pricing, proposal development, operational handoffs, and order execution The Technology Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, Sales Team Member App, and related platforms
- you know the system deeply enough to train it, troubleshoot it, and improve how it's used Train and coach users on Power BI reporting, sales analytics, performance dashboards, and data-driven decision making
- translating data into habits that improve sales outcomes Support new system capabilities, process enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives that increase sales productivity and platform adoption The Infrastructure Develop and maintain learning resources
- eLearning modules, job aids, quick reference guides, process documentation, and standard operating procedures
- that make the learning accessible long after the session ends Monitor user adoption and learning effectiveness, identifying opportunities to improve training programs, business processes, documentation, and the overall user experience Collaborate with cross-functional partners

- advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service is a firm requirement; you know CRM, opportunity management, quoting workflows, and sales process execution at a depth that earns credibility with the reps you train Power BI proficient
- you interpret dashboards, explain metrics, coach forecasting, and help sales reps make better decisions from data they previously ignored An instructional designer
- you develop eLearning, job aids, quick reference guides, and SOPs that are clear, accurate, and actually used A skilled facilitator
- you run instructor-led and virtual training sessions for adult learners with the confidence and adaptability to meet the room where it is A patient coach
- you work with reps who resist change and users who struggle with technology, and you bring them forward without losing the rest of the group Analytically minded
- you evaluate adoption data, training effectiveness, and business process performance and use what you find to improve what you do Cross-functionally collaborative
- you partner with Sales, IT, Operations, and Talent Management and operate credibly across all of them What We're Looking For Required 4+ years of combined experience supporting sales enablement, CRM platforms, or corporate learning initiatives Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Field Service
- administering, supporting, and training on the platform is a firm requirement Demonstrated success facilitating instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and self-paced learning experiences for adult learners Proficiency in instructional design

This is NOT a remote or hybrid role. This position is based on-site at DuraServ Corporate in Coppell, TX with 25% planned business travel.
