Technica Corporation is seeking a Senior Mission Trainer (Team Lead) to support INSCOM Data Capabilities Division (DCD) - Intelligence and Automation Operations (IAO) task order . The primary place of performance will be Fort Belvoir, VA.
Key Responsibilities:
Develops, maintains, and/or delivers training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards. Provides lesson plans / presentations / curricula in support of educational goals and maintains material within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.). Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products. Develops / maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government. The position would be located at a government facility in Fort Belvoir, VA. and require work to be performed onsite. Any hybrid work schedule would require customer approval. The government has established policies for on-site vs hybrid work which varies across divisions and contracts. Where allowed, remote work must be coordinated with the team lead and/or government POC, ensuring there is zero interruption with the delivery of our services.

Required Qualifications:
Active Top-Secret with SCI and ability to obtain CI Poly Bachelor's degree in related or equivalent education and/or experience. 10 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline in DoD or the IC within the last 15 years OR associate's degree with 12 years' experience. 5 years demonstrated experience conducting training in the U.S. in multiple geographic locations. 5 years experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards. Demonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences.
