Site Planning and Master Development Consultant, Part-Time /

Pay:
High-density residential layouts tailored to sloping terrain. Attached housing products optimized for acquisition by premier merchant builders. You will bridge site planning and product refinement, analyzing topography, zoning overlays, and utility constraints to maximize land efficiency. Hillside development, zoning overlays, and infrastructure utility experience. • Experience with major merchant builders / production homebuilders (e.g., Toll Brothers, KB Homes) preferred.
