What You'll Do Empower Students to Succeed Guide students through career exploration and help them discover meaningful career paths Develop individualized employment plans that align with each student's interests, strengths, and goals Teach job readiness, workplace expectations, communication, interviewing, and professional skills Provide one-on-one coaching and facilitate engaging group learning sessions Support Workplace Success Provide on-site job coaching during internships and employment experiences Build relationships with internship supervisors and host site staff Help students gain confidence, overcome challenges, and develop independence in real work environments Provide ongoing follow-along support to ensure long-term employment success Build Community Partnerships Develop and maintain strong relationships with host sites and internship partners Collaborate with educators, families, DVR counselors, employers, and community agencies Advocate for inclusive employment opportunities and workplace success Ensure Quality Services Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, progress reports, and job site analyses Monitor participant progress and celebrate milestones Stay informed on disability employment services, labor laws, and vocational rehabilitation best practices What You'll Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Rehabilitation Counseling, Human Services, or a related field Valid New Jersey Driver's License Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems Passion for helping individuals achieve independence through employment You'll Thrive Here If You Are...
