Duties:

It is expected for this position to deliver knowledge transfer session and trainings in North America to a broad variety of internal and external technical stakeholders. Create and maintain the Product Evaluation environment and related tools to support Training, Proof of technology, and Proof of concept activities for: o Internal technical resources (Sales Engineer, Professional Services, Client Services/Support, Customer Success). o Channel partners (SIs, consultants, MSPs, resellers). o Technical and alliance partners. o Customers. Support Sales Engineers with delivering Proof of technology and proof of concepts. Also deliver the Proof of technology and proof of concepts whenever Sales Engineers are not available. Contribute to prepare training materials and sessions; in groups or individually. Determines course content and objectives with a focus on hands-on labs sessions. Provides training schedules and agendas. Recruits and onboards new technical trainers if needed. Evaluates trainees (e.g., quizzes, evaluation surveys) and identifies areas needing improvement. Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing documents & publications. Support the Professional Service or Client Support team with their requests of product configurations. The role of Sr. Manager, CIAM Technical Training (Americas) does not supervise any employees and there are no employees that report to the Sr. Manager, CIAM Technical Training (Americas) position. The role does provide training to new employees in which the Sr. Manager, CIAM Technical Training (Americas) does complete an evaluation after training to assure they understand the material trained on. This evaluation is just for training purposes and the position does not supervise the trainees moving forward. Requires a Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field, plus 3 years of experience or, in the event the candidate does not have a bachelor degree, 5 years of experience. Requires 3 years of experience (or 5 years if no degree) in the following: IAM technologies like SAML, OAuth and OIDC. Defining learning processes, building training artifacts and delivering trainings to various external stakeholders. Public cloud infrastructures (AWS), including Kubernetes. Experience in Linux systems and bash scripting. Development tools including Maven and git. Requires 1 years of experience in the following: JavaScript, CSS, web development, and web services. Monitoring tools including Prometheus, and Grafana or Datadog. Requires 6 months of experience in the following: Design, Development, Scripting and Testing Python or Java Telecommuting is permitted. 40 hours/week.
