The Workforce Learning team is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented training professional to work onsite at the Andover location. Workforce learning is responsible for the creation, delivery, and oversight of technical training including job specific skill awareness training, safety training, standards, and compliance training. What you will do Provide in-person or virtually delivered training; Develop, and maintain proficiency in required technical skills including electronics, torque, safety-wire, and solder; Follow all internal processes, delivering engaging learning content with a focus on training standards; Effectively collaborate with a variety of cross-functional teams to resolve sometimes complex and conflicting priorities; Manage effective partnerships with customers, peers and senior leaders while performing all tasks related to training delivery; Participate in or, lead project teams responsible for the creation, maintenance, or revision of training materials; Provide subject matter expertise on solder-related questions to factory personnel. Must be willing and able to travel domestically less than 10% Qualifications You MUST Have Typically requires a University degree in education or STEM related field with at least 5 years' experience in a technical training environment or, 8 years equivalent military experience with emphasis on technical instruction. Onsite:
Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
