Job Description

Job Title:
GMP Training Coordinator Job Description As a GMP Training Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing, scheduling, and delivering training programs related to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and unit-level operations. You will ensure that training documentation is accurate and up-to-date, and you will manage training data in the Learning Solution system. Collaborating with team leaders, subject matter experts, operators, and regulatory agencies, you will contribute to maintaining compliance with GMP standards and improving training methodologies. Responsibilities Interact with the Site and GMP Training team, as well as other Subject Matter Experts, to develop, schedule, and deliver GMP and unit-level training. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of training documentation, and perform timely data entry into the Learning Solution system. Collaborate with the GMP training team leader, unit leadership, and subject matter experts to develop and maintain training documents using the Quality Tracking System. Develop and deliver training solutions for various GMP functions and equipment operations in compliance with regulatory requirements. Assign appropriate Site, GMP, and unit curricula based on communication with leadership. Generate detailed reports from the Learning Solution system to monitor training status and communicate updates to unit leadership. Collaborate with the API training team leader and others to continuously review and improve unit training programs. Essential Skills Experience in training, pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences sectors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bachelor's degree (BS) in a relevant field. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to post, maintain, track, and reconcile training documents within the site working copy system. Work Environment This role offers a balanced work environment with a 50% office and 50% manufacturing setting. You will work an 8-hour shift with flexible start times between 6 AM and 8 AM. The schedule includes a half-hour unpaid lunch and two 15-minute paid breaks (one in the morning and one in the afternoon). Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kalamazoo, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
