This role partners closely with business stakeholders to identify training needs, create engaging learning solutions, and facilitate high-quality training programs across the organization.
What you will do:
Design, develop, and continuously enhance New Hire Orientation programs and supporting learning materials. Facilitate engaging and effective New Hire Orientation sessions for employees across the organization. Design, develop, and maintain leadership development curriculum, with a primary focus on People Leader Programs. Facilitate leadership training sessions for new and existing People Leaders. Consult with business lines and department leaders to assess learning needs and recommend training solutions. Conduct training needs analyses and translate business requirements into effective learning strategies. Create instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning solutions using adult learning principles. Develop participant guides, facilitator guides, job aids, presentations, and other learning resources. Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on participant feedback and business outcomes. Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders to support organizational learning and development initiatives. Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards. What You Will Need Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field preferred. Minimum of 4 years of direct corporate training experience. Demonstrated experience in instructional design and curriculum development. Strong facilitation and presentation skills, both virtual and in-person. Demonstrated management experience in leading a team. Experience consulting with business partners to identify and address training needs. Knowledge of adult learning principles and training best practices, such as Kirkpatrick's model of evaluation. Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning technologies.Preferred Requirements:
Experience developing leadership or people leader training programs. Experience facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions. Industry certifications such as ATD, FranklinCovey, DiSC, or similar learning and development credentials.Work Arrangement:

Competitive base pay, annual bonus opportunities, and for certain roles, additional monthly and/or quarterly incentive compensation. The posted salary range represents the full range grade for this role, with individual pay based on job-related skills, experience, shift, and geographic location.
