Drive learning that builds capability and strengthens employability across North America. The Specialist - Technical Training designs and delivers learning and talent development programs, processes, and methods, while measuring their effectiveness and selecting the right tools and delivery approaches for both an assigned organizational area and individual employees. Your Key Responsibilities Undertake qualification surveys and assessment programs to identify and analyze learning gaps and needs.
Focus on hourly production employee learning goals to meet plant KPIs.
Design eLearnings or create ad hoc trainings to support the North American Region.
Plan and organize training programs, and design short-term and long-term qualification measures for individuals or job groups.
Monitor the quality and effectiveness of offered measures, and propose program changes as needed.
Be a key user of the Learning Management System, SuccessFactors, and the Learner Experience Platform, Degreed.
Collaborate with department heads to align learning programs with organizational goals.
Be willing and able to travel to plants in the US and Canada.
Your Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field. Experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise. Video production skills. Experience in a plant or manufacturing environment is preferred. Our Offering
