Tri-County Technical College invites applicants to apply for the Part-Time/Temporary Student Services Generalist position located at our Oconee Campus. Under the general supervision of the Oconee Campus Director, in partnership with the Student Engagement Coordinator, the Student Services Generalist will serve as first point of contact and deliver engaging front line customer service to students and visitors. They will provide administrative and logistical support for the front desk, main office, and campus team. They will support wrap around service delivery for Student Development programming and Accessibility Resource Center accommodations. The successful candidate will be dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of our students and possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the campus community. Accordingly, the position requires an enthusiastic personality combined with a skilled, student-centered approach to problem-solving. Successful candidates must be able to effectively multi-task while communicating and handling detailed processes and procedures with a positive and supportive attitude.
