What to Expect The Technical Instructor delivers hands on Semi Service Training to build technician capability, safety, and service quality. This role focuses on practical instruction, real world application, and continuous coaching in a service environment. This position will be based in Arlington, TX. 25% travel required. What You'll Do
Deliver instructor led and hands on technical training for Semi service systems and processes Support onboarding and certification of service technicians Assess technician proficiency and provide coaching and feedback Maintain training equipment, tools, and technical documentation Partner with Engineering, EHS, and Service teams to ensure accurate and safe training content Continuously improve technical curriculum based on field feedback What You'll Bring
Technical background in automotive, heavy equipment, electrical, or mechanical systems Experience training, mentoring, or coaching technicians Strong communication and facilitation skills Experience supporting service or field operations Familiarity with safety, quality, and standard work principles Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical instruction Compensation and Benefits
