Job Description
- Our client, a leading autonomous vehicle technology company, is seeking a
- Technical Operations Trainer
- to join their team. As a
- Technical Operations Trainer
- , you will be part of the Mission Control department supporting Mission Readiness operators, Training Supervisors, Project Managers, and functional managers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and excellent problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

- $33/hr.
- Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am (3rd Shift)
- What's the Job?
- + Deliver training and coaching to new and experienced operators through classroom facilitation, demonstrations, and hands-on instruction.
+ Evaluate operator performance through assessments, audits, and daily feedback reviews to identify training needs.
+ Provide constructive feedback and training recommendations to learners, supervisors, and stakeholders.
+ Assist with training curriculum improvements and training material updates to ensure consistency and accuracy.
+ Collaborate with Training Supervisors and operational leaders to maintain proficiency with standardized operating procedures.
- What's Needed?
- + Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the autonomous vehicle, transportation, or technology industry.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively train and mentor others.
+ Proven problem-solving skills and experience working in a collaborative team environment.
+ Ability to travel up to 25% and maintain a flexible schedule to support training activities.
+ Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.
