Location:
Corsicana Regional Distribution Center Reporting to: Office Manager About the
Role:
The Trainer of Operations will work with Managers and Supervisors to administer and monitor associate training programs, help to identify needs and assess results, collect/provide input for new programs and provide recommendations to modify existing programs. Engages employee participation within training programs and maintains appropriate documentation.

7:30am - 3:30pm
Pay Range:
$20.00 to $26.00 per hour •based on experience, qualifications and skills Responsibilities (May perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned). 1. Facilitates training sessions covering specified areas such as those concerned with new employee orientation, job function training, safety and health practices, material handling equipment certification and retraining. Administers Train the Trainer courses for current associates as needed. 2. Creates monthly training calendars and schedules sessions and works with management to ensure all OSHA training requirements contained in the matrix provided by EH&S are met. 3. Coordinates with management to provide follow-up observations and evaluations for new hires and rehires to assess additional training requirements. 4. Maintains records of training activities, monitors program effectiveness, and makes recommendations for improvement. Tracks and reports on associate participation and/or assessment results. 5. Coordinates materials and facilities for training sessions, including handouts, supplies, technology, and virtual or physical conference rooms.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma required. 1-3 years of experience in distribution and/or training. Tech and system savvy with strong MS Office, (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills). Solid communication skills including the ability to coach and provide feedback to others. Strict adherence to professional ethics and appropriate management of confidential information. . Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Licenses & Certifications:
Material Handling Equipment Certified Trainer preferred. If not currently certified, candidate will be trained and certified upon hire.

Balancing, Climbing, Crouching, Hearing, Kneeling, Lifting, Pulling, Pushing, Reaching, Repetitive Motion, Seeing, Sitting, Standing, Stooping, Talking, Typing, Visual Acuity, Walking Work Environment:
Candidate will divide their time between a general office environment and a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment .
Travel :
Infrequent, but Travel may vary in length and duration.
Other :
Ability to meet the scheduling expectations of the role, including evening and weekend hours as appropriate.
