TRAINING SPECIALIST

Our vision is to add 30-35 branches a year, while staying true to our Company values. Summary The Training Specialist consults with business leaders to address the learning needs of the organization. In collaboration with E-Learning Developers, the Training Specialist will develop content and facilitate interactive training. Live classroom training is delivered on a bi-weekly schedule to assigned geographic regions requiring 50% travel. The successful Training Specialist will build and maintain relationships, identify development opportunities and provide exceptional service.
Essential Job Functions:
Content development focusing on blended learning and interactive delivery. Facilitate training subjects including but not limited to sales, service, leadership, and systems. Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication. Conduct needs assessments in consultation with business leaders. Collaborate with E Learning Developers and Documentation Specialists on learning initiatives. Market and support the Learning Management System. Schedule and ensure quality of vendor product training. Develop a proficient to advanced understanding of the proprietary IMS system. Responsible for setting up the training environment including computers. Maintain knowledge and expertise in learning and development competencies. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, coworkers, and supervisors. Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills.
Qualifications Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience. Minimum three years training and facilitation experience, required. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Bilingual, strongly preferred.
